From 26 April to 14 May 2016, Alcazar restaurant’s Balcon Bar will propose a menu revisited with the colors of India. This pop-up will be orchestrated by Chef Guillaume Lutard and his guest, Arun Kapil ,nose for spices and founder of GREEN SAFFRON’s brand, commercialized today at Monoprix .
After three months of metamorphosis, Alcazar, mythical temple festival in Saint- Germain -des- Prés (Paris) , reopened its doors in December 2015 in a chic and trendy version. On the 1st floor, there will be a unique dining experience around new flavors.
In the program, the Chef Lutard and Arun Kapil revisit some classics of gastronomy. For example, we can discover a asparagus tartare with spices and paneer ( Indian cheese ), or a frozen duck tamarind (Indian date ) .
